OK I'm in the new blogger... and now have mirror sites

the original shellssea.blogspot.com
and this one shell-shellssea.blogspot.com

How did it happen ?

Well a couple glitches within blogspot and a dead page.. and fine print LOL IE 6 and windows XP professional.

I'll try to explain it here : With the help of : taken from google blogger help group

First, the migration from Classic Blogger to New Blogger (with Beta
along the way) was a huge pain in the ass, but a necessary and
beneficial one in the long run, for a lot of us. And my apologies for
specifying additional reading for you (below), but I can't type but so
much here.

Even though "accept all cookies" should NOT be a necessary, nor an
effective, solution for anything, accepting cookies in general is NOT
a security risk. Cookies are NOT evil in themselves, nor do they
present a huge security risk.

That said, I'm looking at your thread from 3/17, and suspecting that
you should have done 2 things.

1) Since you state that you are using Internet Explorer, you need to
enable cross-frame scripting. This is a necessary setting brought on
by New Blogger authentication, and increased security.
http://bloggerstatusforreal.blogspot.com/2007/02/internet-explorer-and-cross-frame.html

2) You need to clear, NOT to "accept all" both cookies and cache,
simultaneously. Cookies and cache are not the same, yet they
complement each other, and they must be, in your case, CLEARED at the
same time, when you migrate.

Now I apologise for giving you additional reading to do, but this is
reading that you need. Your problem has been seen here a lot
recently, and these steps have been found to most frequently mitigate
your symptoms.

Clear cookies and cache
enable cross-frame scripting

Access old blogger : Since the beta is out and blogger 2 is in you need to apply for a new password to access the old blog (I did this at least 4 times trying to fix it) at first I thought I would have to create a new gmail account to associate the blogger but the gmail already has to exist. Which sort of makes that whole 3rd page moot.

OK so only option available now is to migrate to new blogger.

In order to do that you have to have a gmail address. It wont recognize that you are signed into your gmail account so keep that in mind for step three.

Here is where the dead page comes in
The Yes square is blank and it looks like there is no option to continue.. click NO

Which takes you to this page: page 3

here is the key look for this: at the top of the form

This process will create a Google account that you can use on other Google services. If you already have a Google account perhaps from Gmail, Google Groups, or Orkut, please sign in first

Sign in to your google account.. Your Done. Screen then comes up that says they will migrate your account. clink the link your at the new dashboard.

CAUTION: Make sure you dont set all your security settings to enable cross scripting

Happy blogging.. :) Shell
